6 Wallbox Pulsar Pro stations
22 kW max. power (three-phase 32 A)
Type 2 cable built into the station
AC alternating current charging

305 Avenue de Terreblanque, 40230 Saint-Vincent-de-Tyrosse

How to use

Charging in 4 steps

The station is designed to be used without assistance. It takes less than a minute to start a charging session.

  1. 1

Park in front of an available station

Park in a bay reserved for charging, engine off and handbrake on. The station’s light ring tells you whether it is available.

  2. 2

Unwind the cable and plug in

Unhook the Type 2 connector from its holder, unwind the cable without dragging it on the ground, then push the connector fully into your vehicle’s socket until it clicks and locks.

  3. 3

    Charging starts

Once the vehicle is recognised, the station starts the session automatically: the light ring switches to “charging”. If your vehicle enforces a charging schedule, disable it in its settings to start straight away.

  4. 4

    Unplug and stow the cable

When charging is done, unlock your vehicle (it is the car that releases the connector), pull out the cable, coil it neatly around the station and hang the connector back on its holder. Then free the bay for the next vehicle.

Understanding the light ring

The Wallbox Pulsar Pro has no screen: its light ring shows the state of the station at a glance.

  • Flashing turquoise Station available, no vehicle plugged in.
  • Blue Vehicle plugged in, charging on hold (vehicle schedule or locked station).
  • Flashing green Charging in progress.
  • Solid green Charging complete: you can unplug and free the bay.
  • Red Fault detected. Unplug and plug back in; if it stays red, use another station and let reception know.

Power

What charging speed to expect?

The station delivers up to 22 kW, but the power actually drawn depends on your vehicle’s on-board charger: the lower of the two always applies.

Power Vehicle on-board charger Range recovered
3,7 kW Single-phase 16 A — plug-in hybrids ≈ 20 km per hour of charging
7,4 kW Single-phase 32 A — most common case ≈ 40 km per hour of charging
11 kW Three-phase 16 A ≈ 60 km per hour of charging
22 kW Three-phase 32 A — the station’s maximum ≈ 120 km per hour of charging

Indicative ranges, based on an average consumption of 18 kWh/100 km. The vehicle may also reduce power when the battery is very hot, very cold or close to 100%.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to bring my own cable?

No. All six stations have a permanently attached Type 2 cable. If your vehicle has a Type 1 socket (older models), these stations are not compatible.

Charging does not start, what should I do?

Check that the connector is fully inserted on the vehicle side, that your car is not on a charging schedule and that it is unlocked. Unplug and plug back in; if that fails, try another station.

The cable is stuck in my vehicle

Locking is handled by the vehicle, not by the station. Unlock the doors, switch off the ignition, then try again. Most vehicles also offer a manual connector release (see the manufacturer’s manual).

Can I charge in the rain?

Yes, the stations and connectors are designed for outdoor use. Just make sure not to lay the connector in a puddle, and hang it back on its holder after use.

Need help?

If you run into trouble with a station, come to the My Infinity reception during opening hours, or contact us by phone or email.

Reception open Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm.
