Christel Benchetrit
Administrative & Financial Director
Joining in 2019, just before the health crisis, Christel held several roles before taking charge of the company’s administrative, accounting and financial management. She structures and monitors the figures day to day.
Priscilla Lafourcade
Deputy Director & Head of Purchasing
Priscilla joined in summer 2020. She started in logistics, then joined the product team, before taking over purchasing and becoming deputy director. She coordinates supplier relations and supports management.

Jérôme Guardiola
Customer Service Manager
Since October 2025, Jérôme has led the customer service team. He handles customer requests and after-sales follow-up, manages the team and ensures quality exchanges, while continuously improving the customer experience.
Marie Vilaton
Sales Representative
Marie joined the team in January 2024. She plays an active part in customer relations and business development, with great attentiveness and real energy to best meet our customers’ needs.
Hugo Monteil
Sales Apprentice
Since September 2024, Hugo has been supporting customers with their requests and actively contributing to the company’s sales momentum.
Aurélie Claverie
Sales Development Officer
Aurélie joined in November 2025. She works on revenue growth through sales activation, identifying growth opportunities and driving the performance of the group’s sites.

Baptiste Pinchon
Product & E-commerce Manager
Joining in July 2024, Baptiste manages the structuring of product catalogues across all the group’s sites to ensure a clear, consistent and up-to-date offer. He also handles supplier relations to develop new references.
Arthur Ferreira Macias
Web Developer
Joining in September 2022, Arthur works on the technical evolution of the websites, as well as a bespoke in-house software that centralises the company’s overall management: logistics, customer quotes, supplier orders and much more.
Baptiste Servary
Product Development Project Officer
Baptiste joined in November 2025. He helps enrich and optimise the offer by working on the creation, improvement and monitoring of products, in liaison with suppliers and internal teams.

Marketing & Communications Manager
Clara joined the team in July 2021. She leads communication campaigns, the website, the mobile app, social media and everything related to the company’s external communications.
Chloé Marmande
Marketing & Communications Officer
Chloé joined in September 2022. She contributes to marketing strategy and communication actions: content creation, campaigns, managing materials, and creating and updating product sheets.

Hugues Lezotre
Logistics Manager
Hugues joined in December 2024. He oversees all logistics operations — receiving, storage, order preparation and shipping — and manages the teams to ensure smooth, efficient organisation.
Caroline Saint-Genez
Order Picker
Since January 2025, Caroline takes part in every stage of logistics: receiving supplier orders, preparing parcels, picking and storing products.
Audrey Peyrot
Order Picker
Audrey joined the team in October 2025. Every day she helps keep the warehouse running smoothly: preparing parcels, storing products and handling various essential logistics tasks.
Chloé Fralin
Order Picker
Joining in November 2023, Chloé handles order preparation, product storage, picking and supplier reception every day — a fast-paced routine that pushes her to excel.
Léopold Galbes
Order Picker
Léopold joined the logistics team in January 2026. He takes part in all warehouse tasks: incoming stock, preparation, storage, picking and daily flow management.
Claudie Encinas
Logistics Operative
Claudie joined the team in summer 2024. Versatile, she works across different positions in the warehouse to support operations as needed.
